About the Founder
Arnicia V. Arrington
Arnicia is an executive operator, business architect, and trusted advisor working at the intersection of people, operations, culture, and enterprise growth. She serves as Executive Vice President of People Operations and Culture at EBONY Media Group, where she leads organizational infrastructure, executive alignment, and workforce strategy for one of media's most historic brands.
She is also the Founder and CEO of Agency Eleven33, where she helps companies and professionals build stronger foundations, create leverage, and unlock opportunity. Her signature framework — Connection Capital — turns relationships, structure, and execution into measurable business growth.
Before EBONY, Arnicia held senior leadership roles at REVOLT, BET, and WPP. She serves on the Maryland Uninsured Employers' Fund Board (appointed by Governor Wes Moore) and the Prince George's County Commission for Women.
